    WHAT ARE HOURS ARE YOU AVAILABLE FOR SERVICES?

    Our office hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, with an after-hours triage line. All appointments must be scheduled ahead of time. We cannot take walk-ins at this time. If you have an urgent need outside of business hours, choose theAfter Hours Nurse Line extension when you can the office and a nurse will address your needs. A $50 fee is applied for this service.

    HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

    Call the office at 208-845-0464. If your appointment is not urgent, you may send a direct message through your patient portal and we will call you back within 2-3 business days.

    WHAT IS THE COST OF AN APPOINTMENT OR SERVICES?

    All our visit costs are listed under Services at menu and pricing. Our goal is to be transparent and straightforward.  The cost is determined by the specialty of the appointment and the time with the provider.

    WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

    Calls will be received by our administrative staff. We will determine which healthcare provider is appropriate for your needs and determine a time that works for both of you. Not all of our providers are in the office every day. Your membership enrollment, patient portal registration, and all medical information must be completed before we can schedule your appointment.

    DO I NEED TO BECOME A MEMBER TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

    Yes. Heart 2 Heal is a community of members who commonly value medical freedom, informed consent and a Biblical worldview. It is important to read and understand the mission and structure of H2H before
    becoming a member.

    HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BECOME A MEMBER?

    The membership enrollment fee covers you and your family for 12 months from the date of enrollment. This enrollment gives you access to our providers and all of the benefits listed on the membership page. Family membership includes parents and dependent children living in one household. The cost is $250 for one year. If you are a single individual, the cost is $150 per year. This is a recurring charge that will accrue on your enrollment anniversary.

    DO I NEED TO BE A CHRISTIAN TO BE A MEMBER OF HEART 2 HEAL?

    No. Any person or householddoes have to sign the Membership Enrollment and Informed Consent to Services but does not have to personally hold Christian believes. Heart 2 Heal’s mission is to anyone in our community.

    WHY DO I NEED TO BECOME A MEMBER?

    Heart 2 Heal Idaho is a community of likeminded members who have agreed to an understanding of our Statement of Faith and signed the Membership and Services Agreements. These agreements keep our Mission Statement and Core Values in focus as we work together towards a re-envisioned healthcare system. These documents are also to protect you and your provider from any interference that may affect your care. There is an annual fee to help cover administrative costs.

    WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO BECOMING A MEMBER?

    Membership benefits are outlined here. As we formally expand our network of providers and offices with other medical specialties, members will also have access to those services.

    DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

    No, we do not. This allows us to make the best decisions to maintain low overhead expenses and complete transparency of costs with our members. This also allows us to stay focused on our core values of medical freedom and informed consent. As stated in our member agreements, H2H does not produce insurance forms or documentation for the patient to submit on their own.

    WHAT ABOUT BILLING TO SOME OF THE HEALTHSHARE COMPANIES?

    At this time, the healthshare company that we have found aligns with our business structure is Samaritan Ministries. We can provide the required documentation for their reimbursement. If you are a member of a different healthshare organization, feel free to call Amanda to discuss your options.

    ARE YOUR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONS LICENSED AND BOARD CERTIFIED?

    Yes, all the healthcare professionals who at our office or complete your telehealth visit are licensed in the State of Idaho. See the bios section here to find out more about our amazing team!

    DO YOU SEE PATIENTS FROM OUT OF STATE?

    Currently, we only see patients who are physical in Idaho at the time of their appointment. Virtual appointments may be open to other states in the future if staff are licensed in those states. Be sure to subscribe to our email list via the website to be the first to hear about features added in the future!

    DO YOU TAKE HSA/FSA PAYMENT?

    Yes, you can use your health savings to make payments for services, however this is not an option for the Membership Fee. H2H has no liability if your HSA carrier requests reimbursement or additional documentation regarding the charges.
