    WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE URGENT CARE FOR TELEHEALTH OR MOBILE APPOINTMENTS?

    8AM- 8PM, 7 Days a Week. After-hours appointments are available for an additional fee. Our Fees section will provide details when it goes live in the near future.

    HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

    Please subscribe to receive emails, as well as keep an eye on the website and our social media channels. Our estimated start date is April 15th, but we ask for grace as we work through the last of many small but important details. You will receive an exclusive “members nonly” email when the appointment platform is live! Once it is live, you can call 208-845-0464 to speak with a professional.

    WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

    Calls will be received by a healthcare professional who will ask basic questions about the patient and specific concerns. Based on our scope of care, you and the healthcare professional will determine if the appointment can be scheduled through a telehealth call or with a home visit from a registered nurse or paramedic. All home visits will be overseen by a physician. COMPLETE YOUR MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AND PATIENT PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT.

    DO I NEED TO BECOME A MEMBER TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

    Yes. Heart 2 Heal is a community of members who commonly value medical freedom, informed consent and a Biblical worldview. It is important to read and understand the mission and structure of H2H before becoming a member and accessing care.

    DO I NEED TO BE A CHRISTIAN TO BE A MEMBER OF HEART 2 HEAL?

    No. Any person or household does have to sign the Membership Enrollment and Services Agreement but does not have to personally hold Christian beliefs.  Heart 2 Heal’s mission is to anyone in our community.

    WHY DO I NEED TO BECOME A MEMBER?

    Heart 2 Heal Idaho is a community of like-minded members who have agreed to an understanding of our Statement of Faith and signed the Membership and Services Agreement. These agreements keep our Mission Statement and Core Values in focus as we work together towards a re-envisioned healthcare system. There is an annual fee to help cover administrative costs, which is tax deductible.

    You can review our membership page here. As we formally expand our network of providers and offices with other medical specialties, members will also have access to those services.

    DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

    No, we do not. This allows us to make the best decisions to maintain both low overhead expenses and complete transparency of costs with our members. Because of this approach, we are confident Heart 2 Heal and providers can stay focused on our core values of medical freedom and informed consent. As stated in our member agreements, H2H does not produce insurance forms or documentation for the patient to submit on their own.

    ARE YOUR PROVIDERS LICENSED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS?

    Yes, all the healthcare professionals who come into your home or complete your telehealth visit are licensed in the State of Idaho. View our provider bios here.

    DO YOU SEE PATIENTS FROM OUT OF STATE?

    Currently, we only see patients who are physical in Idaho at the time of their appointment. Virtual appointments may be open to other states in the future if staff are licensed in those states.  Be sure to subscribe to our email list via the website to be the first to hear about features added in the future!

    WHEN WILL YOU OFFER PRIMARY CARE APPOINTMENTS OR NON-URGENT SERVICES?

    We are praying for the Lord to provide the location and funds to open a facility by the end of 2023. At that time, we hope to have staff and providers to offer an extended number of services.

    DO YOU TAKE HSA/FSA PAYMENT?

    Yes, you can use your health savings to make payments for services, however this is not an option for the Membership Fee.  H2H has no liability if your HSA carrier requests reimbursement or additional documentation regarding the charges.
